India 63 is a commemorative book & web-zone celebrating 63 years of India's independence! Interesting combination of Cycling & Education. Brings together schools, students, riders, companies, & enlightened citizens for a noble cause!

 


 
    Register as one of the 63 participating schools  
    Choose a specific year between 1947 & 2010 for students’ research activities  
    Mobilize a team of 63 students - The Atlanta Foundation can help with:  
- The selection process through interesting activities such as quiz, etc
- Conducting an orientation session (1 Hour)
- Ongoing monitoring and support
Coordinate students’ research & submissions
Editors’ selections from the students’ contributions will be published in the book & the web-zone
Facilitate on-going access and participation of the students in Learnasium activities
The school will get recognition in all the related activities and materials
The school can charge an administrative fee for the book & access
 


 
    Yes; write a mail to info@atlantafoundation.net about your participation, and the selection will be
      based on first-come-first-served basis
    Choose a route of ~63KM, ride on a pre specified day and turn-in your ride statistics
- You are required to mobilize your own cycle and equipment
- Required stats: Distance, duration, and route-map
- Optional stats: Any other data collected by your cycle computer
All riders completing their route will be featured in the book and the web-zone
India – 63 Riders will receive priority booking slots for the book, web-zone access
 


 
    India – 63 is a charitable project targeting education for the under-privileged student
    Active contributions in the form of sponsorships, donations, endowments, and voluntary work is
      highly recommended and appreciated
    Companies can:
- Sponsor a ride and receive prominent ad-space on the book as well as the web-site
- Pre-order sufficient copies of the book to create economies of scale for our project
- Encourage the employees to get involved and to contribute for the cause of education
Citizens can:
- Get actively involved in the cause of promoting education
- Pre-order the copies of the book for themselves and others in their social network
- Spread the word about the project and the related initiatives
